We are looking for experienced CRNAs to join our Anesthesia Obstetrics Team in Albany, Georgia - halfway between Atlanta and Florida's Gulf Coast beaches.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- Competitive Base Salary $220,000 - $260,000
- Ninety-one (91) 24-hour shifts annually - approximately 7 to 8 shifts per month
- $50,000 Commitment Bonus with 36 months commitment

JOB SUMMARY
- Under the medical direction of an Anesthesiologist and according to established procedures, professional standards and professional judgement, the CRNA administers intravenous, inhalation and other anesthetics during surgical procedures, deliveries and other medical procedures. Insures pre-anesthesia evaluation; selects, assembles and tests equipment for assigned cases and monitors patient condition during administration. The Anesthetist's skills will be utilized in all areas of the Anesthesia Department. A willingness to commit to and comply with established quality and service standards of the hospital and the department that generates excellence for our patients. Provides direct patient care to all ages.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Adheres to the hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines

- Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self education, attends ongoing educational programs)
- Attends staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.
- Demonstrates competency at all levels in providing care to all patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs. For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age- specific customer service skills.
- Wears protective clothing and equipment as appropriate.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia Driver's License.

- May be scheduled as needed including overtime
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Higher Degree in Anesthesia (Required)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 2 years Anesthesia OB Experience (Preferred)
- 1 - 2 years Anesthesia Experience (Preferred)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
- Required Certifications/Licensures: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
