Baptist Jacksonville is looking for an EP Device Nurse to support the Electrophysiology/Cardiology department. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
This employee will need to travel to other nearby locations based on the needs each day. There are 9 total EP Device Clinics. This team works very closely together and is very tight-knit with great camaraderie, working with the same 9 providers at all times. This candidate must be experienced with implementation of Cardiac devices.
The main responsibilities of the EP Device Nurse – Cardiology will be to:
- Function with a great deal of autonomy in the day-to-day operations of the Arrhythmia Center under the clinical supervision of a Cardiologist.
- Perform follow-up visits of pacemaker and Implantable Defibrillator patients.
- Enter Home Monitoring system data and reporting.
- Triage information to the appropriate follow-up clinician.

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
Experience
- One-Two Years Cardiac Experience Required
License and Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
