Job Description:
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse at LifeLine EMS, you will assume a central role in delivering advanced medical care during the interfacility transport of critically ill patients. Working collaboratively with a team of healthcare experts, you will ensure the secure and efficient transfer of patients to specialized medical facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining Certifications and Licenses: Ensure that your California Registered Nurse's License, BLS/CPR, PALS, and ACLS certifications remain current and in compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Valid BLS/CPR, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of two (2) years of critical care experience within the last 18 months, in areas such as the ER, ICU, or other critical care units.
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide high-quality routine, emergency, and critical nursing care to patients in the transport environment, adhering to established CCT program policies, patient care guidelines, and standards of care.
Compensation Tiers:
- Tier 1: Minimal commitment - Work just 4 shifts per month at $54.00 per hour.
- Tier 2: Minimal commitment - Join us for 2 shifts per week at $56.00 per hour.
- Tier 3: Moderate commitment - Take on 3 shifts per week at $58.00 per hour.
- Tier 4: Substantial commitment - Enjoy a set schedule of 4 shifts per week at $70.00 per hour.
