The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will provide skilled therapy services to our patients in order to increase their safety and independence in their homes by executing physical therapy interventions to meet the established physical therapy goals as established by the evaluating and/or supervising Physical Therapist (PT).

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications: Graduate of a physical therapy assistant program approved by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee. Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Possession of current CPR certification.
