Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in assessing and caring for patients. Documents, implements and updates plans of care.
- Collaborates with all members of the healthcare team to implement and evaluate a patient’s status and treatment plan.
- Cross-trains and floats to other areas of nursing as required.
- Interact with patient and significant others, while maintaining the standard of professional nursing.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
- Licenses/Certification: RN license current in the state of Colorado or compact state. Current BLS certification, ACLS and PALS maintenance expected.
Compensation: $31.28/hr - $43.80/hr, depending on experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally - Walking, sitting, feeling, crouching/squatting, stooping, kneeling, stairs, lifting/lowering (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-50 lbs)
- Frequently – Standing, changing position, reaching, reaching across midline, handling, pinching
- Continuously – See with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance
Shift: 12 Hour
Schedule: Varies
Status: PRN

Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, dependent care FSA, and Lifestyle Spending Account: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period in a Full Time or Part Time position are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.
Full Time staff are automatically enrolled in 401A plan as of date of hire.
Life and AD&D insurance: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
Work Environment:
As a health care organization, we operate 24/7, 365 days per year. Candidates should be available to work a variety of shifts (day shift and night shift), weekends, and holidays. This position can be fast-paced at times, and slow-paced at times, and candidates should be able to perform in both scenarios.
