Job Title: MRI Technologist - 13 Week Contract Assignment

Salina, KS
Pay: Up To $85/Hour
Shift: M - F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Length of assignment: 13 weeks with potential to extend
Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to function as an MRI Technologist in performing examinations of patients of all ages to assist in the diagnosis of patient illness
- Clinical Radiographer background with a minimum of 1 year of MRI clinical experience required
- Valid ARRT license, registered in MRI
- CT and X-ray experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Executing MRI diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and skill on appropriate anatomical regions according to department procedures and protocols
- Locating and recording internal elements of the body and identifying any anomalies indicative of disease, injury, or other medically significant conditions
- Adjusting equipment and calming patients to eliminate test artifacts
- Monitoring the patient for potentially dangerous physical and emotional changes
- Evaluating test results for clarity and accuracy
- Reviewing tests with peers and physician
