Reporting to Laboratory leadership, the Senior Microbiology Medical Technologist will lead the daily operations of the microbiology lab section. Primary responsibilities include policies and procedure development, staff management, oversight of department resources, performing quality control initiatives, and conducting laboratory testing. This is a full-time day shift position.
What's Needed to Succeed:
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science
- Certified by the American Society Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
- Prior work experience in an acute laboratory
