Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants to join our employed provider team.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Join our team at Baystate Convenient Care, our multi-site practice dedicated to providing urgent care and same-day primary care for patients in western MA.
- Our providers work in a single-coverage model providing care to patients ages 2+ and are responsible for basic procedures such as lacerations, splinting, and minor wound care.
- Enjoy MA and nursing support, onsite labs, behavioral health network integration, and direct access to our large multispecialty group.
- State-of-the-art EMR and strong tech support.
- Strong Advanced Practitioner & Physician collaboration. Our APP leadership team provides robust orientation, ongoing professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
- Flexible schedule. Full time, part time and per diem work is available. *10 hours shifts on weekdays and 12 hour shifts on weekends.

Qualifications:
Board certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants with 1+ years’ experience in urgent care or 2 years’ experience working with all ages.
