Position Summary
As a leader in Centria Autism’s Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization, the Director of Clinical Services will provide clinical case support and supervision to their local team of Supervising Clinicians. Responsibilities include leading a team to ensure quality care is provided across process, performance, and outcome metrics for all clients, overseeing client data, delivering in-session coaching, resolving challenging cases, and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, timely customer service experiences, and ensuring all clients meet clinical performance and progress standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving Client Progress
- Review client data, documentation, treatment plans, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with internal standards.
- Provide clinical case support and supervision to Supervising Clinicians.
- Engage in problem-solving for challenging cases.
- Driving Clinical Quality through Performance Management and Development
- Review supervision practices and performance metrics for Supervising Clinicians.
- Evaluate and manage clinical performance by setting clear expectations.
- Organize and lead group training for Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians.
- Collaboration and Escalation Management
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Clinical Services and Operations Director for recruitment and hiring.
- Address and escalate compliance and scheduling matters.
- Customer Service
- Conduct monthly customer service check-ins with caregivers.
- Community Outreach
- Attend and present at local conferences.
- Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct and reporting violations.
Pay Rate
$85k -$105k per year with $52K Bonus Potential
Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course.
License/Certification
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, when applicable.
Work Experience
- 3+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
- Exceptional skills in data-based decision making.
- Proven ability to deliver coaching and feedback.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions
Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
Physical Demands
Physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, and sitting for extended periods may be required.
