We are seeking a mixed animal associate (predominately small and equine) and/or small animal associate as our hospital continues to grow!
We are seeking to add a third associate (Full/Part-time or Relief) who wishes to practice quality medicine, dentistry, and surgery. While experience is preferred, we are open to mentoring a new graduate to allow you to develop the skill set and confidence level needed to successfully practice as a veterinarian.
At JRVH, we practice high-quality medicine while maintaining the flexibility to meet the needs of all clients. A successful candidate will have good client communication skills, be a critical thinker, and have the ability to develop and implement treatment plans for their patients. If you have any special interests, we welcome the opportunity to explore and grow that niche.
Our 3000 square foot hospital has recently completed new construction and renovation so you would be practicing in a fresh, modern facility. It contains state-of-the-art equipment including digital x-ray, dental digital x-ray, dental area, Idexx in-house laboratory, US, and eVet cloud-based software.
Full-time benefits include CE reimbursement, licenses and dues, PTO, insurance, Simple IRA, and a generous pet discount. Pay is commensurate with experience and level of production. Work-life balance is important to us. All after-hour small animal emergencies are referred, and we are closed on Sundays and holidays.
