Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech and Language Pathologist, bilingual preferred, at the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District located in West Allis, WI. The Speech and Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing speech therapy, working with students at Horace Mann Elementary School.
Qualifications:
- Speech therapy skills.
- Experience working with communication disorders and language disorders.
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborative mindset to work with educators and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- State licensure and certification as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, a Wisconsin DPI-issued Speech & Language Pathologist license for the 2024-2025 school year.
