About The Role
As a Sr. Enablement Program Manager - SDR you will be focused on ensuring the success of our SDR teams. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to help bring enablement programs to life and across the finish line. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of your programs including analysis, project management, content development, execution, reinforcement, and measurement. On a typical day, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and align a path forward, review sales calls, document processes, and create a plan for an upcoming training or project you will lead. We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about driving the success of others and getting things done.
What You'll Do:
- Program Manage & Own Enablement Functional Expertise: Develop and manage end-to-end SDR enablement programs, including curriculum design, playbook development, and certification processes. Execute and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Partner with the SDR Leadership and key stakeholders across Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, and Business Ops to execute and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives. Align stakeholders and collaborate with the broader Revenue Enablement team to execute strategies and manage cross-functional initiatives.
- Presentation / Facilitation Skills: Facilitate SDR training, including cold calling, multithreading, account prioritization, objection-handling, and qualification. Coach SDRs on processes and new rollouts, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple enablement projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Review and analyze data to inform enablement recommendations based on business gaps. Interpret key performance metrics to identify opportunities for impact and ensure rapid SDR ramp-up and effectiveness.
- Content Development: Create and update onboarding content for new SDRs, ensuring relevance and accessibility. Develop documentation and reference materials to support SDR teams in quickly finding and adopting sales content.
What you will need
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Enablement, Program Management, Product Marketing, Sales Operations and/or Sales.
- Ability to thrive in very fast-paced environments, effectively managing shifting priorities and handling multiple tasks without becoming easily overwhelmed.
- Strategic mindset with an ability to navigate ambiguity.
- An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others.
- Knowledge of SDR sales skills surrounding successful outbounding.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a bias towards action.
- Strong operational excellence skills – understands how to organize chaos, streamline processes, create workflows to support more efficient working processes.

The pay range for this role is:
105,000 - 183,750 USD per year (US Tier 1)
94,500 - 165,375 USD per year (US Tier 2)
89,250 - 156,188 USD per year (US Tier 3)
