Primary Job Function:
- Assist in admitting patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment.
- Obtain a history and physical exam.
- Document into the EMR, entering orders for methadone dosing in the EMR system.
- Authorize and supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and other medication by medical staff in the Medical Director’s absence.
- Consistently monitor patient dosages in conjunction with the Program Physician/Medical Director, Treatment Center Director, Counselors, and Dosing Nurses.
- Other related duties as determined by supervisor.
Qualifications | Education | Certifications:
- Must be licensed and in good standing in the State of California.
- One year of Addiction Medicine experience preferred but not required.
- Satisfactory drug screen and background check.
Salary | Benefits
Salary ranges from $76.75 to $78.75 per hour. The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
