Part-Time Nurse Practitioner - Green Bay, WI
Pivotal Health is partnering with Prevea Health in Northeast Wisconsin to deliver convenient, top-quality physical and mental healthcare for consumers when and where they need it. Consumers can schedule a house call using the Pivotal Health mobile application for their urgent/emergency/immediate care needs and a nurse practitioner from Pivotal Health will provide care in the comfort of their home, office, or other location of need. Pivotal Health is looking for experienced nurse practitioners (NPs) to join our growing clinical team serving Northeast Wisconsin including Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, and Fond du Lac.
As the face of the company to our patients, our providers strive to provide quality care that is friendly, compassionate, and convenient. NPs will travel to patients’ homes and provide comprehensive health assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management. They will perform point-of-care testing including blood draws for labs as well as minor procedures such as splinting, wound care, and suturing. They will also administer IV fluids and medications and facilitate follow-up care with primary care or specialist providers.
In this part-time position, NPs work between one and three 10-hour shifts per week.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of nurse practitioner experience in the Emergency Department, an Urgent Care clinic, or in family practice. Extensive RN experience may fulfill this qualification.
- Current unrestricted state license in Wisconsin as a nurse practitioner
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Current national board certification
- Current BLS certification
- Prescriptive authority and DEA license
- Up to date vaccinations and boosters, including the Covid vaccine
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to document in electronic medical record, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Knowledge and ability to perform therapeutic interventions such as splinting, suturing, wound care, minor surgical procedures
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Expertise in clinical skills related to acute care, chronic conditions, and injuries
- Consistent, high levels of professionalism with integrity, accountability, and compassion
- Tech savvy and comfort using tools such as iPads for charting
