We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Manager Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of case managers and ensuring that all cases are managed effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of case managers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all cases are managed effectively and efficiently
- Develop and implement case management policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of case managers
- Provide training and development opportunities for case managers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all client needs are met
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Case Manager Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and ideas
- Ready to start and hit the ground running
