Operating Room-Nurse Manager - The Manager will have operational oversight of the main OR, open heart, Endo, and sterile processing. The Manager provides leadership and directs functions of the assigned patient care area on a 24-hour basis; ensuring effective delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with administrative clinical policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- ASN required, BSN preferred
- Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure, BLS
- Previous related experience in an acute setting strongly preferred
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and PC skills

Reports to: Dir of SS
There is also a manager of outpatient
10 OR suites (soon to be 11) (2 CVOR)
Approx 20-25 cases per day
MUST HAVE 3-5 years of charge/supervisor/lead experience
MUST HAVE hospital OR experience (not just surgery center)
