ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Promotes sales of B. Braun Interventional Systems products in an assigned territory through direct interaction with new and established customers.
- Identifies territory challenges, establishes relationships, and provides strategies while creating opportunities within the product lines.
- Achieves 100% of sales plan within the designated geographical territory.
- Calls on clinical decision-makers to position/close sales of products.
- Prepares financial analyses, proposals, and competitive analyses for customers.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field.
- Work under minimal supervision, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish assigned goals.
- Judgment is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
It is an essential function of this position for an employee to be present and in-person at the physical site(s) of our customers. Many of our customers require proof of certain requisite vaccinations and immunizations. To gain access to our customers' clinical settings, field sales professionals are required to comply with vendor credentialing requirements.
Target Based Range$78,109 - $97,636 (plus incentive compensation)
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 02-04 years related experience required.
- Frequent business travel required; valid driver's license and passport.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
