- No at home charting
- No outpatient call

- No RVUs. Guaranteed salary
- Care Management team
- Dedicated MA per physician
- 25 patients per day
- CLIA Waived shifted testing results
- FQHC look alike facilities
- Underserved population WIC/Complex families
- Accepting military affiliated MDs
