Position Summary:
The House Supervisor monitors, coordinates, and supervises the daily operations and activities. Acts as a resource for all team members and works closely with other interdisciplinary teams to maintain best practice workflows and keep issues to a minimum.
- Supervises nursing staff, schedules shifts, and oversees their day-to-day duties on behalf of nursing leadership.
- Performs administrative duties including scheduling nursing shifts.
- Collaborates with other departments and programs to achieve interdisciplinary improvements.
- Maintains a safe environment for staff and patients through awareness of surroundings and participation in the safety program.
- Identifies and addresses patient concerns, questions, and suggestions to ensure quality care is delivered.
- Collaborates to problem-solve and make decisions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements:
- Valid California RN License.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Master’s degree preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- PALS certification preferred.
- Three or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships in a manner that enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution, and facilitates staff development.
