Join the Providence ExpressCare Tri-Cities team as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant. As a mission-based, community-focused service, our clinics provide the perfect work-life balance with a 3-day week schedule. ExpressCare serves as a critical access point for the organization, supporting overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care, and emergency departments. There is plenty of variety in our services which demand critical thinking and clinic-based procedures, providing variety every day. ExpressCare aims to provide access to our communities, both in person and virtually, while also offering a more predictable day with a schedule of 30 twenty-minute appointments in a 12-hour period. The staffing model consists of a single provider and a medical assistant, with a support structure in place across the system. Included in the generous compensation package is the potential for a productivity incentive.
- 3 days-per-week, full-time schedule
- Both in-office and virtual visits throughout each shift
- Sign-on bonus is available
- Health, vision, dental, paid time off, 401k, and malpractice insurance is provided
- 2+ years' experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care preferred; will consider new graduates
- Compensation is between $125,136 and $164,333 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

ExpressCare is part of the Providence Clinical Network (PCN), which provides patients access to optimized ambulatory services with a consumer-centric, connected focus. The Providence ExpressCare clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible across the state of Washington. By building out a network for ambulatory care across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency, and lower costs.
