Lead with Excellence as Our Enterprise Director of Sterile Processing at UK HealthCare!
Are you a certified leader with a passion for driving high standards in healthcare? UK HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and visionary Enterprise Director of Sterile Processing to oversee and elevate our system-wide sterile processing and High-Level Disinfection (HLD) operations.
What You'll Do: As the Enterprise Director of Sterile Processing, you will be at the helm of ensuring that our sterile processing and HLD departments operate at the highest level of efficiency and safety. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and Direction: Provide strategic leadership to facility sterile processing managers, aligning departmental goals with UK HealthCare’s mission, vision, and values.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and manage operational initiatives with measurable outcomes, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of sterile processing and HLD across the enterprise.
- Change Management: Interpret the impact of broad organizational changes and develop effective strategies to ensure successful implementation within Central Sterile.
- Goal Setting and Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to set objectives, goals, and strategies, and regularly report on progress related to finance, clinical activity, quality, safety, and human resources.
- 24/7 Accountability: While your primary work hours will be Monday through Friday business hours, you will hold 24/7 accountability for the Central Sterile and HLD Departments across the enterprise.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (BS) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of related experience in healthcare sterile processing.
- Certifications: Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) and Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) are required. Additional certifications such as Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) and Certified Endoscope Reprocessing (CER) are preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and experience in managing change within large healthcare organizations are essential. You should have a track record of developing and managing initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Pay: $95,056.00 - $185,848.00 per year
