Family Resource Specialist – Multi-Counties, MN
Minnesota Valley Action Council has an opening for a Family Resource Specialist – Multi-Counties, MN. Responsibilities include working with Youth between 16-24 and Seniors 55+. MVAC fosters a supportive inclusive culture that focuses on building relationships, promoting dignity, empowering people, and working together. Putting the participant first, you will advocate for solutions, develop a plan for success, and coach low-income participants in reaching their employment and training goals.
Qualifications: Prefer degree in Human Services related field. Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
Work Schedule: 40 hrs./wk. $21.92/hr. if degreed and $21.16/hr. if not degreed, plus health insurance offered, paid holidays, and Paid Time Off. Opportunity to work from home one day per week after introductory period is satisfactorily completed. This position will cover Faribault, Martin, and Watonwan counties. Travel is required and reimbursed.
