We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The licensed professional provides medical care to patients under the supervision of a licensed psychiatrist. Primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating mental illness by providing psychotherapy and managing medication.

QualificationsThe Experiences You Bring:
- Current State of Illinois licensure in good standing as Advanced Practice Nurse and RN.
- National certification as Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Training (ANCC).
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner -- PMHNP-BC
- Ability to obtain PMHNP state licensure (pending or transfer).
- Current CPR certification must be maintained (BLS).
- Based on prescriptive authority, active Mid-level Practitioner Controlled Substance License and DEA License a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years previous experience in behavioral health nursing.
- New Graduate PMHNP's are encouraged to apply.
This position will be based in the Romeoville office.
