We are seeking a Manager of Patient Care Operations to join our team and oversee the success of our front-end patient care services. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of pride and ownership. You will oversee staffing, provide mentorship, and ensure that our team meets and exceeds performance goals. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control audits, ensuring that our patient care services meet the highest standards. You will provide constructive feedback to staff and senior leadership and take proactive steps to continuously improve our operations.
- Resource Optimization: Streamline processes and utilize technology to enhance productivity. You will be responsible for managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and making data-driven decisions to ensure the department's financial health.
- Strategic Planning: Drive the strategic goals of the organization by planning, monitoring, and assessing our patient care operations. Your insights will help identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, ensuring that we meet our objectives effectively.
- Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring that new strategies, technologies, and processes are successfully adopted by the team. Your focus will be on minimizing resistance and maximizing employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in patient care operations, call center management, or financial counseling management. Proven ability to lead teams of 20-50 employees.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience in strategic planning, business process improvement, and change management.
- Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is a plus.

The pay range for this role is expected to be between $80,000 - $92,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
