You Are:
You will be a key leader driving growth and shaping the future of our Healthcare Provider clients. Your role will be pivotal in bringing transformational change to our clients through the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across finance, supply chain management, and human resources functions.
The Work:
- Market Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to expand Accenture's footprint in serving healthcare providers, focused on delivering operational improvements of key functions (finance, supply chain and HR) enabled by Oracle ERP solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and proposing Oracle ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency and business transformation.
- Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of Oracle ERP systems implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of proposals and pitches for new Oracle ERP systems implementation engagements.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What You Need:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience on operational transformation related to Oracle ERP implementations.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing large-scale transformation projects for healthcare providers in single or multiple functions across finance, supply chain management, and human resources.
- A minimum of 3 years of working in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associates Degree with 6 years of work experience).
Bonus Points If:
- Experience working for a consulting firm.
