Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) to provide services at a mental health facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The ideal candidate will provide services to residential adolescent boys or girls ages 12 to 18 who experience emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties.

Requirements:
- Active MD license
- Experience working with adolescents (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Provide services to residential adolescent boys or girls ages 12 to 18 who experience emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties.
- Provide clinical case management.
- Direct individual, group and family therapy.
- Provide clinical advice and support to a caseload of approximately seven adolescents in a residential treatment center for emotionally disabled adolescents.
- Demonstrate expertise in understanding the symptoms and treatments for clients with diagnoses which are typically seen in emotionally disturbed adolescents.
- Work effectively with a treatment team made up of nursing/residential, educational and rehabilitation staff, social workers, psychologist and psychiatrists.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide treatment that is family-driven & youth guided.
- Generate documentation such as treatment plans, progress notes and reports required in a contemporary mental health context.
- Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned.
