What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including assessment and development of treatment plans
- Collaborate with and train caregivers, while providing ongoing coaching to behavioral technicians
- Monitor treatment integrity and ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols
- Summarize and analyze patient progress data to adjust treatment protocols accordingly
- Maintain a caseload of 12-18 patients and fulfill a minimum of 120 billable hours per month
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans in various settings
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and compliance
- Familiarity with data analysis and treatment outcome evaluation
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a clinical setting
- Proficiency with technology, including MS Office and telehealth platforms
