Job Description:
As the Director of Cinematography Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative of our projects. You will work closely with our production team to create captivating imagery and ensure that our content resonates with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with directors and producers to develop the visual style and tone of each project.
- Oversee all aspects of cinematography, including camera work, lighting, and shot composition.
- Manage the cinematography team and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to visual challenges during production.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology to enhance the quality of our work.
- Review and provide feedback on the visual elements in post-production.
- Contribute to the overall creative vision of the company and its projects.
Skills Required:
- Exceptional understanding of cinematography principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing a team of cinematographers and crew members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinematography, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a cinematographer in television or film production.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work and creative vision.
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and software.
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
Compensation:
This position offers a unique compensation structure, where the Director of Cinematography Partner will receive a 10% revenue share of all projects worked on. Revenue will be based on new subscription sales generated from the distributed project, with payouts made on a monthly basis, 60 days after each project release.
