Job Description
The key responsibility of the Clinical & Radiation Oncology Specialist is case coverage as well as clinical education for radiation oncologists and spine surgeons in relation to CarboFix’s spine portfolio, meetings, trade shows, and distributor training.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience in spinal surgery (i.e. Surgical Tech, RN, etc.)
- 1-2+ years of industry experience (i.e. Clinical Specialist or Sales)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective teaching skills with the ability to translate complex instructions clearly.
- Ability to work with precision, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
- Any relevant experience in Radiation Oncology is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Clinical Support: Offer clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals during surgeries, ensuring the successful use of our products and addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
- Contact & Meet: Actively run a sales process to seek out and meet radiation oncologists and spine surgeons ensuring they understand the benefits and proper utilization of our carbon fiber implants.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with radiation oncologists, spine surgeons, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders in the field of spinal surgery.
- Assist in Distributors Education: Provide in-depth product training and education ensuring they understand the benefits and proper utilization of our carbon fiber implants. Show the clinical differences and patient outcomes between CarboFix Spine products and competitor's products.
- Meetings: Attend spine and radiation oncology conferences, and company educational events.

Compensation Information
- Base: $100K
- Variable Comp: Percentage of revenue growth over prior year
- On target earnings: $120+

Location
- Territory Parameters: Will help support education and clinical support east of Texas
- Acceptable Candidate Location: East of Texas, Near a major airport
- 2-4 overnights/week, 70% travel
