Job Description
- Administer physical therapy screening, evaluation, and treatment to residents, ensuring personalized care aligned with their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident.
- Document resident progress accurately and comprehensively, utilizing state-of-the-art technology for seamless record-keeping.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by obtaining CEUs in accordance with state requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapy Program
