The role you’ll contribute:
Performs Radiographic imaging procedures, positions, moves, and assists patients, performs clerical duties, and basic patient care within scope of practice and to departmental standards. Responsibility to adhere to the Hospital Corporate compliance plan, to the rules and regulations of all local, state, and Federal agencies, and to the standards of all accrediting bodies.

Performs all exams using established protocols and educates patients concerning the exam.
Operates all imaging equipment safely and properly, adapting protocols as necessary.
Practices infection control standards and maintains a clean room.
Completes required documentation for Radiologist support.
Positions patient and equipment to produce radiographic images meeting Radiologist’s standards.
Performs clerical duties, including answering telephones and scheduling.
Monitors patient condition and explains procedures.
Performs Radiology duties in all departments and environments, including OR and Fluoroscopy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Associate's degree or equivalent two years of experience in a related field.
Graduate of accredited Radiologic Science program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Completion of Radiologic Technology training and A.R.R.T. registration.
General Radiographer state license as required by state if applicable, KS LRT.
