Available Positions
- Parking Services Team: Patrol and monitor assigned parking lots on foot and with the Parking Services vehicles, in all types of weather conditions, issuing tickets to violators of parking regulations by means of a handheld computer unit and hand written citations.
- Sport Clubs Supervisor: Join a team of fun students with a great work atmosphere!
- Intramural Sports Official: A valuable, exciting, and fun job on campus.
- Visitor Lot Attendant: Monitor the Visitor Lot and assist visitors to campus in the Visitor and Parking Information Booth by welcoming them to campus, providing general campus information and directions, as well as issuing appropriate parking permits.
- Campus Center Dining: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure optimal guest experiences. This position will require you to multitask, meet the needs of guests, collaborate with co-workers, and preserve all sanitation and food handling and safety procedures.
- Campus Center Retail: Similar to Campus Center Dining, with the opportunity for professional expansion and free meals!
- Student Manager Positions: Available for 11 Wall Cafe, Vida Cafe (CHS), and Scribe Cafe located in the Library.
- Music Theatre & Dance Performance Crew: Support the Music & Theatre Department with a wide variety of tasks.
- Auxiliary Music Patrol Team: Join the Center for Music.
- Marketing and Event Promotion Assistants: Promote MTD events and ensure effective communication to potential audience.
- Concerts & Facilities Manager Assistant: Support the Concerts & Facilities Manager.
- ICare and Student Support (ISS): Answer phone calls from concerned parents/staff/faculty, take detailed messages, greet people in the office, and process paperwork. Strong customer service skills and technological savvy required.
- Student Health Care Ambassador: Work in the Center for Health Promotion.
- Aural Skills Peer Tutor: Tutor a wide range of students in aural skills, an average of 4-5 hours per week during the 2024-25 academic year.
- Student Assistant for the 2024 Northeast Wind Conducting Symposium: Assist with the event.
- Medicar Driver: Provide transportation for medical appointments and pharmacy trips, with additional administrative assistance as needed.
- Student Accessibility Services: Assist with alternative testing, document conversions, and front desk activities.
- A&E Center Welcome Desk Building Attendant: Supervise the A&E Center Facility and Operations, provide customer service, and assist with office work.
- Facilities Services Office Assistants: Part-time positions available with specific workdays.
- Philanthropy and Engagement Office Operations Assistant: Collaborate with the Philanthropy and Donor Relations team on various projects.

Job Description
For academic year 2024-25, teaching assistants will be expected to support and enhance the student experience in chemistry labs or lectures, by providing instructional and administrative support to faculty and students in their assigned classes. Expected duties may include assisting faculty with the safe preparation of laboratory materials, collecting data on instrumentation, running independent help sessions, correcting (but not assigning grades to) student work, and facilitation of class discussion. Laboratory assistants will ensure all students are following the proper safety protocols, and will ensure the labs are clean and well-maintained. Teaching assistants will be expected to be proactive in their engagement with students in the classes/labs and should work closely with the faculty member to ensure the course goals are being met.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
