Flagstaff Bone and Joint, a respected private practice in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team. This exciting clinic-based position offers the opportunity to work alongside our highly regarded Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians, Dr. Nathan Swain, DO, and Dr. Marshall Meier, MD.

Position Highlights:
- Clinic-Based Role: Focus on providing patient care in our clinic, diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
- No Surgical Responsibilities: This is a non-surgical role, working closely with physicians to manage and treat spine and musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, including history and physical examinations.
- Collaborate with our PM&R physicians to diagnose and develop treatment plans for spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Administer treatments such as therapeutic joint interventions, medications, and referrals for spine interventions.
- Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Arizona licensure as a PA or NP.
- National certification and current BLS certification.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for musculoskeletal health and helping patients improve their quality of life.
