Manager Home Health RN- SCS Home Health
Location: Office based, Lacey, Washington
Schedule: Full Time, Day, Exempt
This position is a licensed RN with the skills and abilities to perform home health staff RN or Rehab duties. The Home Health Clinical Manager serves as a communication hub responsible for coordinating the multidisciplinary home health services for the clinical team.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Health care related field.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years of nursing experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Case Management experience.
- Supervisory Experience in Home Health.
