Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking an Experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join Helen Hunt Health Center in Old Town, Maine. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established FQHC primary care practice with emphasis on providing outstanding integrated health care. The practice offers a full range of primary health care services including mental health, recovery treatment and medication assisted treatment. Must have completed the required 24-month supervision period to be considered.
Penobscot Community Health Care is a non-profit organization governed by a board of community volunteers.
