RN - House Supervisor - Pediatric/Adolescent Behavioral Health

We are currently hiring for a full time night shift House Supervisor RN position.
As a Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, physicians, and nurse practitioners where your voice is heard and your input directly impacts patient care. You will meet with the treatment team daily to discuss care plans, changes in treatments, discharges, admissions and more. You will provide patient education to the patients and their families.
This position will give you the opportunity to:

- Work with kids and adolescence with a variety of conditions and treatment plans.
We are looking for nurses with a passion for helping kids. We will provide you a customized onboarding experience based on your skills and experience. Our orientation includes education around caring for and building relationships with this patient population. This is something that is very important to us and our patients.
Hours are:
- FT nights = 3 nights/week (12 hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
- Delegates tasks appropriately.
- Identifies hospital resources.
- Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
- Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
This is a very collaborative team that helps each other and shares knowledge with one another. They are dedicated to our patients. We are seeking a nurse who is flexible, adaptable, collaborative, works well under pressure, and is a team player.
Required:
- Associates degree; bachelors preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of related experience, preferably in mental health.
- Current MO RN license.
- Must be team orientated.
