CVS Health has an exciting new opportunity for a Specialty Pharmacy Technician on our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy team in San Diego, CA. The team specializes in MS, Oncology, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Transplant, and Gastrointestinal diseases. As part of the team, you will be leading a bold and innovative initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy, leveraging new and emerging information, technologies, and channels.
In order to be successful in this position, you must ensure that medications are filled correctly and accurately enter prescription information as needed. You will also be asked to contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date, perform refill reminder calls, prepare orders for delivery, pack and ship medication orders via various carriers for final delivery to the patient, maintain adequate inventory, manage inventory functions, and help walk-in customers.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Technician experience.
- Active CA Pharmacy Technician License.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year as a licensed Technician.
Education
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $29.88.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
