About The RoleEssity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced
Virtual Sales Account Manager – Advanced Wound Care. Responsible for driving Sales & EBIT development for existing accounts, collaborating internally for strategic planning and achieving annual OGSM targets. Managing a diverse customer portfolio, proactively engaging in virtual interactions, responding to needs, and activating promotions. Overseeing self-service platforms, analyzing accounts for opportunities, and executing strategies for new business. Focused on pricing, contracts, CRM updates, and cross-selling initiatives, demonstrating a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
What You Will Do- Drive sales and EBIT development aligned with plans for existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal partners to achieve the annual OGSM for assigned accounts.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and activate promotional activities through virtual interactions.
- Understand customer needs to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations of webshops and self-service digital tools to drive product interest and purchases.
- Analyze accounts to identify cross/upsell opportunities using digital marketing tools.
- Maintain and update the database of accounts and manage the pipeline for end customer accounts.
Who You Are- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of sales experience required; sales experience in the Healthcare Industry preferred.
- Self-Motivated, able to work independently, competitive, tenacious, and a team player.
- Fluent in Microsoft programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
