Job Summary
The Physician Recruiter at Preferred Solutions will be responsible for recruiting locum physician specialists to meet the needs of our clients. This includes sourcing and identifying, interviewing and engaging new physicians to bring them under contract. The Physician Recruiter will also have the opportunity to explore ways to expand our business with existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 3 years of Physician Recruitment experience - ideally at a staffing firm
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and match them with appropriate physician candidates
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for client needs
- Develop and maintain a network of physician contacts to source potential candidates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies
- Explore opportunities to expand business with existing clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client communications and recruitment activities
