Position Summary: As part of the CCBHC multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide services to adults who are diagnosed with Substance Use Disorders (SUD). The RN will act as an advocate to ensure that the physical, psychological, and social needs of the client are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and a RN licensed in the state of RI.
- Experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably within a substance use program.
- Experience working with adults from diverse social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
- Bilingual language skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel to office and community locations, as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to utilize a computer to complete documentation.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance.
