Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic.
Pay:

We are seeking Patient Scheduling Leads to:
- Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues, training, education communication and problem solving.
- Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff.
- Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff.
- Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone.
Education:
Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Twelve months of experience in patient scheduling or equivalent experience working in a medical office environment
