Coast Guard Community Services Command - Sports Specialist (Diving Coach)
Location: New London, Connecticut
Salary: $20.50-22.00/hr
Work Schedule: Part-Time (20-29 hrs/wk)

Duties:
- Support all phases of an NCAA Division III Diving Program under the guidance of the Head Swimming Coach.
- Comply with all college, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Provide practice instruction and in-game support/coaching, including player and skill development.
- Assist with analytical tracking and video assessment.
- Recruit athletically talented, academically qualified, and diverse student athletes.
- Develop both in-season and off-season training programs.
- Maintain statistics and teach different skills.
- Possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
Qualifications Required:
- Collegiate coaching experience.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collegiate, High School, or Sports Club coaching experience.
- Experience in recruiting diverse student athletes.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
