A highly reputable non-profit organization dedicated to providing superior healthcare to seniors is searching for a Nurse Manager for one of its facilities in Berlin, NH. This beautiful 74-bed skilled nursing facility offers short- and long-term care in a warm and supportive environment. In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing and supervise the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Director of Nursing Services with day-to-day functions.
- Assist with coordinating nursing services with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise nursing personnel and ensure they provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Review care plans for residents and revise as needed.
- Provide staffing coverage as needed to maintain appropriate staff ratios.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- LTC experience is preferred.
Additional info:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- $75,000-$80,000+, depending on experience.
