Mental Health Clinician Opportunity – Partial Hospital Program (Full Time)
Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
We are currently hiring Licensed and Licensed Eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) Mental Health Clinicians for the following Partial Hospitalization Programs:
The Partial Hospital Clinician is an important member of the Fuller Hospital's multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a full time, 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday position.
Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive range of social work services to a variety of patients in an inpatient/partial hospital setting
- Act as the primary contact with external providers and actively participate in each assigned patient’s treatment plan
- Be the primary individual responsible for patient discharge and aftercare planning
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, counseling, or other human services related field.
- LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred; eligibility for licensure required
- Prior Hospital case management experience is preferred
- Preferred experience working with one of the following patient populations: Women, adolescent, LGBTQIA+
