Job Description:
Arbor Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate speech-language therapists to join our team in providing community-based (home health) services to clients in the East Valley of Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric and adult populations in home settings.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address clients' goals.
- Provide therapy services to clients in their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support clients' progress and carryover of skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
- Provide education and training to families and caregivers as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with pediatric and adult populations in home health settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) a plus.
