Arrive Together works to partner with Law Enforcement in identifying community residents with an unmet mental health, substance use or social service need, and reducing police contacts via social work intervention.
Position Title: Case Manager
Position Type: Part Time; 20 hours weekly; weekend availability as needed

Responsibilities:
- Report to assigned Ocean County Police Departments throughout the week
- Accept referrals from participating municipal law enforcement agencies and triage needs
- Provide needs assessment, linkage and brief case management to referrals
- Participate and assist in data collection and statistical analysis
- Work as part of team
- Conduct community outreaches independently and as part of team
- Maintain information/data spreadsheets
- Coordinate and consult with law enforcement officers and law enforcement command staff
- Complete documentation as required and communicate with other program staff
- Participate in law enforcement meetings and education
- Co-response in community alongside officer
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with Substance Abuse
- Proficient with computer programs including Excel, Power Point, Word
- Experience and understanding of Law Enforcement
- Bilingual preferred
