The Respite Clinical Specialist provides clinical assessment, risk/safety planning and treatment planning for onsite and community respite clients. Leads development of short-term comprehensive recovery-based services that focus on engagement/motivational interviewing, harm reduction, coping skills and resource gathering. Works with the site manager and program director to conduct intakes and discharge planning for all clients. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team and coordinates/evaluates program services.
