Overview
St. Luke's Cardiology is looking to add an Advanced Practice Provider to their Meridian location. The Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) is responsible for providing high-quality healthcare through the diagnosis and treatment of patients with conditions ranging from mild to acute and/or chronic. The APP works under the supervision of a designated physician, and in collaboration with a team of other providers and staff.
What You Can Expect:
- Variable w/ weekdays and weekends but no nights.
- New grads can apply.
- Will be working alongside 6 physicians, 4 APPs with support of RNs and MAs.
- Malpractice insurance as well as malpractice tail coverage.
- $3,500 Professional Development Fund.
- 5 CME days are included to complete education.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.
- Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
