Suite 100 Surgery 15 Pre op, 9 OR beds, 12 PACU beds, Outpatient, SDA, and a few ICU.
The Suite 100 is a 9-suite operating room that does a variety of procedures including Sports Medicine, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Micro-plastics, Podiatry, and some general surgery such as Breast Cancer Care, Skin cancer removal, Thyroid, and Oral Maxillofacial surgery.

Scope of work
The RN Charge Lead role is to provide direct oversight and supervision of all online unit processes. This includes staffing and scheduling changes affecting the current shift, addressing patient care issues and concerns, appropriate allocation of resources responding to all codes, and handling employee issues and concerns. In addition, the role ensures a consistent flow of patients through the department while functioning within the framework of hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Associates in Nursing Required.
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years.
- Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 months.
- Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years.
- 2 years of experience as an RN preferred, with Surgery RN experience and leadership experience preferred.
