Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Shift: Variable Days / 7:20a-3:50p or 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
Position / Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Daily Patient Load: 11
Years of experience REQ: 1 Year
Cert & Licensure: AZ license or a Compact PT license needed upon submitting
BLS (American Heart Association): Required
On Call REQ: No Call
Floating REQ: May be asked to float to surrounding Outpatient Clinics
RTO Restrictions: Unit Manager’s Approval Required
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.

Hospital Based Ambulatory Clinic – supports Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiopulmonary (Phase III Cardiac), Aquatic Therapy, Wound Care, Hand Clinic, Neurological
